Robert J. Curley
Robert J. Curley commenced his law career over 25 years ago at the firm of Brenner, Wallack & Hill in Princeton, New Jersey, specializing in land use and real estate development matters. In 1986, Bob associated with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer where he continued to practice in the areas of land use and real estate development, including associated litigation. Seven years later, Bob moved to Hovnanian Enterprises, a national real estate developer, as in-house counsel, handling contract negotiations and managing the procurement of required approvals for major real estate development projects in New Jersey. Bob entered his present partnership in 2001, expanding his areas of practice to include general real estate and corporate matters, leasing and commercial transactions.
In addition to providing counsel to individuals, Bob provides counsel to large, mid-size and small companies as well as developers of residential and commercial properties. Mr. Curley has appeared before planning and zoning boards throughout the State of New Jersey and provides representation to clients in their dealings with a variety of State administrative agencies, including the Department of Community Affairs, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Such representation includes the preparation of public offering statements for planned real estate developments and the procurement of permitting and approvals for PREDFDA registration and wetlands, stream encroachment, CAFRA Pinelands and all other required permitting related to land use issues.
